Alex and Lexi (oh that’s me, rae!) chose Lexi’s family farm yard for the venue for their wedding. This yard has been in the family for over 100 years, making it even more special. Is there anything more fun than a tent wedding in your own yard? Lexi had a vision of modern neutrals colours with pops of black. We called it modern, edgy, industrial with a pinch of farm yard. When Lexi couldn’t find exactly what she had envisioned within the wedding industry, she took matters into her own hands (with the help of her family and friends, of course). Lexi and Alex made their own napkins, cake stands, thrifted their own lounge furniture, and even built their own 14’ long custom bar. The personalized details were EVERYWHERE, and it made the wedding come to life. Naturally, stationery and signage was a major focal point of the wedding! There is no better feeling than when the reality of the day is better than what you had envisioned.
